Mr. Atkins has over 20 years experience as an attorney working to achieve optimal results for hundreds of individuals, small businesses and large corporations in a variety of areas of law. Mr. Atkns received his undergraduate education from Baylor University with a degree in business management. He attended and graduated law school at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Since that time he has practiced law in a wide variety of areas including family law, personal injury, toxic tort, insurance defense litigation, business litigation and contracts.
Robert K. Jones brings twenty years of multi-state experience in residential Real Estate. Originally from Arkansas, Robert spent seven years in the Army, mostly in Germany. He received a commission as a Second Lieutenant after graduating Officer Candidate School in 1983, serving as an Infantry Platoon Leader, and later as an Interpreter (German). Robert’s experience in Real Estate began in 1987, when received his license as a Real Estate Agent in Arkansas, and in 1988 went to work for a builder/developer of residential properties. In 1991 he entered Law School at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (and was a classmate of Andrew Atkins), financing his education as the owner and manager of 15 units of rental property. He received his law degree in the spring of 1994 and went on to pass the Arkansas Bar that summer. From there he opened a closing services company, and was also a partner in a general practice firm. In 2000, he moved to Connecticut, where he again passed the Bar Examination, and continued to work in Real Estate, first in Fairfield County and then opening his own practice in Eastern Connecticut in 2005. Robert was admitted to the Texas Bar on Motion several years ago, and has recently relocated to the Dallas area, where he has plans to expand the firm’s practice into Residential Real Estate.
Mr. Craig has a passion to serve individuals experiencing seemingly hopeless situations in the legal arena. He has volunteered countless hours volunteering with legal aid organizations in both Virginia and Texas, as well as the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Craig received a Bachelor’s in Government, with a Pre-Law concentration, from Liberty University. In addition, he acquired his Juris Doctorate law degree from Liberty University School of Law.
